Once Upon A Time I received some stationery in the mail from .......
Nation State. I proceeded to gaze in wonder at the.......
Koh-I-Noor Magic Pencil (available here) and get all excited at the prospect of giving it a whirl. But first I took some more photos..........
Not wanting to wait any longer, I knew it was time to rip open my...........
Set of 2 Moleskine Notebooks (Volant). These little beauties had 96 lined pages each and the last 16 pages were even detachable. That's good, because normally I rip pages out willy nilly. This way I can write a shopping list and detach it like a tidy person. YAY! The cardboard covers are flexible, and the notebooks are just the right size for jotting down thoughts and making lists.
Moving on to the all important aspect of colour, I admired the pretty shades of Pink Magenta and Rose Magenta, and reflected upon how fabulous pink was.
Time to bust out the Magic pencil! I was flicking through the notebook, deciding where to release my (very limited) creative talents, when I stumbled upon this cute little message........
so I drew a love heart around it. As you do. By that stage I was pretty enamoured with the colourful abilities of the Magic pen, so I started colouring in the bottom of the page, then turned it into a.........
caterpillar. This greatly impressed my four and a half year old son, who was only expecting a triangle from me, given my track record. Until he said, "Mummy, don't caterpillars have legs?". Um yes. Yes, they do.
And my pink Moleskine notebooks, Magic pencil and I lived happily ever after.
The End.
