Final Update: 2017 Project 30 Pan!

HAPPY NEW YEAR! It's 2018; time to start fresh, plan big and achieve those dreams! But first, I need to wrap up this old project from last year (haha, yesterday), to make way for another Project Pan, because I'm still in the mood for using up my products....

Today I'll be doing the final update on my Project 30 Pan for 2017, which I began back at the beginning of August. If you missed the last update you can check that out here and the original Project Pan post is here. I am so happy to to be bidding adieu to the majority of these products, as I'm really keen to start afresh in 2018 with a new bunch of products to get through. So look out for that post, when I manage to round them up. Let's have a look at how I did!

Here are my results. The crossed out ones I've finished.

1        Skin Vitals T-Purify Anti-Spot Mask

7        Lush Rose Jam Shower Gel
8        Lush Happy Hippy Shower Gel

28      Goodness Chia Seed Oil (full)

Last check in I'd finished 6 products, this time I've finished 18 products in total, out of the full 30. Not bad! I'm not going to force myself to use the rest, I'm sick of them at this point, haha. I will be starting a new Project Pan this year, so keep an eye out for that  post!

Have you embarked on a Project Pan? How did it go?

  1. My aim this year was to finish 100 products in total. Other years ive aimed for 125 and not made it so this year I tried to be more realistic. Go figure ...this year I completed 109 products which actually included 3 lipsticks, a blush. a duo eye shadow and a color tattoo which are super hard to actually complete. The rest was of course skincare, body care and haircare.

    1. Wow that's an amazing achievement! And with the makeup too, I know how hard it is to finish cosmetics. Well done! Now I'm feeling inspired to get through a lot of products this year! :)

  2. Having finished 18 out of 30 products is brilliant! Well done! I don't blame you for wanting to start afresh again this year. I would too!

  5. While you didn't hit the full 30 products, 18 is impressive! I find it so hard to use up makeup and skincare and often have a bathroom cabinet overflowing as I refuse to throw things away, haha! The past few years I've been really trying to use up what I have but it's not as easy as it sounds, especially when I use so few products anyway!

Happy new year! Hope that 2018 is off to an amazing start for you, and you had a wonderful Christmas time.

  8. This is such a fascinating way to do an empties post! I love seeing what other people use up - I tend to somehow go through at least 20-30 items a month - that's when you know you own way too much - materialism at its finest!

    1. Yes I go through more than this as well, this is just the prods in my PP, I never seem to get around to posting my other Empties though! This time I posted them on Insta rather than here xx

  9. You did a great job, empties always make me so good. My goal is to finish atleast what I have before their shelf life is over and then buy new products, especially skincare.
