First Haul from the Official US Benefit Store!
It's no secret that Benefit is one of my favourite beauty brands. Having said that, I seriously need to stop buying things. It was only last month that I hauled some Benefit from Adore Beauty. I called that post What A Cute Benefit Haul! and by golly it was. I decided to try the official US Benefit Cosmetics store because of their much cheaper US prices and they were offering free international shipping on orders $100 or more. That offer has finished, but they still offer free international shopping if you spend $125 or more. Here's what I bought.....
Products bought:
Fake Up Concealer in Light
Erase Paste in Fair
Bo-Ing (02) Eye Bright compact
Hot 2 Trot (comprises Bella Bamba blush and Cha Cha Tint)
B.Right Radiant Skincare Kit (comprises Triple Performing Facial Emulsion, Total Moisture Facial Cream and Refined Finish Facial Polish)
The POREfessional (free sample sachet)
Fake Up (free sample sachet)
Big Easy (free sample sachets) - not pictured above
I hadn't actually heard of this new Big Easy multi-balancing complexion perfector. It claims to be bigger than BB Creams. I'm happy they included this, although I'll only be able to use the Fair and Light shades.
I'll take every little bit of Fake Up I can get. Love it! The POREfessional is a pro balm that minimises the appearance of pores. I'm not even sure if I've tried this or not? I'm happy to give it a whirl.
The Bo-Ing shade is too dark for me, but I got this for the Eye Bright. Here's my little Eye Bright story: I fell in love with this amazing cream that completely covers dark circles and really brightens the under eye area when I bought the Confessions of a Concealaholic Kit. It came in a creamy, easy to blend formula and was fabulous. However, the Eye Bright PENCIL consists of a much thicker, difficult to blend formula. I didn't want to have to keep buying the expensive kit that contains Bo-Ing in 02 (too dark) and Erase Paste in medium (too dark) just for the blendable Eye Bright. Well I found this little compact on the US site. Yes the Bo-Ing is still too dark, but I get all that creamy, awesome Eye Bright for only $12. Winning!
Love my Erase Paste. You may be noticing a bit of a concealer theme happening at this point. Wait 'til the next one....
OMG, this Fake Up concealer it amazing! I got a free sample, a cute little tube from Adore Beauty as a GWP and fell head over heels in love. It's a hydrating crease-control concealer and I shit you not, it completely hides my dark circles and fine lines under my eyes. It takes years off my appearance. If you have fine lines and/or dark under eye circles, you must try this. Trust me!
I just wanted to try more from the B.Right! range after being impressed by It's Potent eye cream. This little kit was only $12, so it was a no-brainer really!
Well this was exciting. I wanted this particular Box O' Powder, and it was the only one that came in a set with another product. So I got a full size Bella Bamba (I've been wanting to try it for ages) AND a mini Cha Cha Tint. This Hot 2 Trot set is Limited Edition. It's US$29 (their singular Box O' Powders are $28). Considering the Box O' Powders in Australia sell for AUS$51, this is a Bargain with a capital B.
This mini Cha Cha Tint (4 mL, normal size is 12.5mL) is a mango-tinted stain that can be used on lips and cheeks. It's super pretty and I can't wait to try it!
I'm so clumsy I dropped the brush in my Bella Bamba and made a tiny dent already. Oops! The holographic packaging is fun and indicative of the triple dimension 3D pink brightening, sculpting and defining blush. This excites me. A lot. I hope it's good. I've tried Sugarbomb and Dandelion and they were both good. I want this to blow me away. No pressure or anything!
