Adelaide Event: Ambra Liqueurs Icy Pops Launch!

Ambra Liqueurs
43 Phillips Street
Thebarton SA

Hi guys! Last week I was lucky enough to attend the Launch of Ambra Liqueurs new Limoncello Icy Pops and Blood Orange liqueur! It was a fabulous evening where we got to sample new drinks and icy pops, enjoy a delicious grazing table and learn a bit about Ambra Liqueurs background and the process of making the iceblocks.

There were two varieties of cocktails made from the new Blood Orange liqueur to enjoy, and both were tangy and delicious. I absolutely love citrus flavours, so anything lemon, lime or orange is right up my alley! I also love a drink that looks the part, and these cocktails sure deliver on the vibrancy front. So orange and so, so pretty. The Ambra Limoncello Icy Pops are a welcome treat now that Summer is upon us, because why should kids have all the fun? Plus they only contain 1.15% alcohol so they won't get you into too much trouble either! I only regret not trialling more than one, haha!

Ambra Liqueurs products are Australian made with fresh ingredients using an authentic Italian family recipe which has been handed down through generations, so you know everything is made with love!

Out of interest, I browsed their online store and was surprised to see so many yummy looking liqueurs on offer including Ambra Almond, Cappuccino and Tangelo. Just quietly, I've got my eye on the Chocolate Orange and Limoncello Cream flavours. Yum! You can also buy small and large gift boxes, perfect with Christmas approaching!

Available for purchase online, in the Spritz Bar and at selected venues. You can contact Ambra Liqueurs for more information on (08) 8354 0611.

The Ambra Liqueurs Cellar Door is open Wednesday - Friday 9am-5pm and the Spritz Bar is open Fridays 5pm 'til late and the first Saturday of the month 1pm-5pm.

What's your favourite cocktail to enjoy on a hot Summer day?

  1. Oh my goodness.... having just (well 2mths ago) returned from Italy I love EVERYTHING about this! I have to admit I'm not a huge aperol fan - I'd prefer the prosecco straight to be honest and I struggled with the limoncello when we had it a couple of times but for me it's about the 'event' and 'atmosphere'. At the writing retreat in Tuscany I had the aperol spritz(es) at night cos it's was one of those things one must do when in Italy and gazing out over olive groves and vinyards!

My fave cocktail (in fact the only one I drink cos I'm more of a champagne / red wine gal) is the Margarita!

  2. Wow - what a yummy event to go to! Limoncello is one of my favourite things. I remember the first time I tasted it was about 6 years ago at a beautiful authentic Italian restaurant on Lygon Street in Melbourne. Looks like a lovely variety of Liqueurs on offer here. Great to know about them! And that food spread!! Yum!! #TeamLovinLife
