Mecca Beauty Loop Level 1 Box!

Hi guys! Why am I shocked each and every time I'm notified there's a Mecca Beauty Loop box waiting in-store for me? Do I forget all my sneaky beauty purchases? I think so because I can't even remember the last time I bought something at Mecca lol. Thankfully this is not a Level 3 Box, then I'd be really worried!

Let's have a look inside the Level 1 box, shall we?

~ Too Faced Melted Liquified Long Wear Matte Lipstick in Sell Out
~ Mecca Max Eye Max Eyeliner Pencil in Blackest Black
~ Verso Hydration Serum
~ Kate Somerville Cold Cream Moisturizing Cleanser + Makeup Remover

I'm excited to try both of the skincare products. As they are both sachet sizes, I can get them used in one go which is a plus for my current decluttering obsession.

The Mecca Max eyeliner is indeed very black and intense which I love, and I am quite impressed with it. I'm even thinking of picking up a full-sized one next time I'm at Mecca Maxima.

Whilst the shade Sell Out is really flattering and right up my alley in terms of browny nudes, the formula of the Too Faced Melted Liquified Long Wear Matte lipstick is a bit uncomfortable and dry for me unfortunately. I've only tried it once so I'll definitely give it a few more goes before I form a solid opinion, but those are my first impressions. Again, I love the colour though!

  5. I'm on a decluttering spree at present too. Although I am adding to my makeup stash at the same time.

Currently, I am trying to kill off body moisturisers. Everyone I know knows I am a mad keen beatyista, but they are also aware I am picky,so they buy me body stuff. I have sooooooooo many body creams, lotions and butters to get through it is ridiculous!

    1. I wish I had more time to declutter everything at once! Good luck with your body moisturiser declutter, will be good once you've worked through them!

  6. I love the idea of trying samples.... one of the reasons I've not really committed to a skincare regime for the past 10-15yrs is cos I've not really been able to work out what I want and where to start! I used dermalogica in the early 2000s but then decided I couldn't afford it anymore and only use a bit of nutrimetics moisturiser at night now!

    1. Yeah Dermalogica is not the cheapest of brands is it!? I love trying samples too. I just bought a deluxe sample bag from DJ's full of great samples to try :)

  7. I love brown lipstick shades. Remember the really chocolatey ones from the 80s? I was that chick.
